Sport Ireland and it’s partners are listening to teenage girls! Through Her Moves workshops, teenage girls shared their thoughts on sport and movement: what they love, what they don’t and the change they want to see. Their #1 request? To be heard!

Created by Sport Ireland, Her Moves is designed to inspire and support more teenage girls to be active. Through digital marketing, visual storytelling, sharing the girls voice, bespoke physical activity and sport programmes, as well as an informative and educational hub. Her Moves provides expert advice and resources for girls, parents, coaches and schools on how to overcome the challenges presented to teenage girls.
